What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer insured worldwide shipping via premium carriers like DHL and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
All watches purchased through IG Watches include a 24-month limited warranty covering mechanical defects, in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging with all security tags intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Which payment methods do you accept?
