At IG Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
